Where we invest
Real estate investment in Barcelona and its province
Barcelona is the market where Invernova has closed the most operations and where deal-by-deal co-investment has the most room to run: housing demand structurally above supply, an ageing stock with plenty of assets to refurbish, and a metropolitan belt (Vallès, Baix Llobregat, Maresme, Garraf) that absorbs the capital's price pressure at lower entry tickets.

Operations since 2019. Every figure comes from the operations published on this site.
This page lists every real operation we have executed in the province — settled and ongoing — with the return co-investors actually received and the real term of each one. Same data as our track record, sorted by zone.
How we operate in Barcelona
We buy specific assets below market (public auctions, bank-owned stock, inheritances and situations that require speed), add value with tightly budgeted refurbishments and sell within a target term defined before we go in.
Invernova puts its own capital into every operation alongside co-investors. Investors take part through a framework agreement plus one addendum per operation, with the asset identified, the budget itemised and the profit split agreed upfront.

Frequently asked questions about investing in Barcelona
What kind of property do you buy in Barcelona?
Mostly homes to refurbish and resell: flats in the city and in metropolitan municipalities, detached houses in the Vallès and Garraf, and occasionally commercial premises, offices or industrial units when the discount justifies it. Each operation page details the exact asset.
What is the minimum to co-invest in a Barcelona operation?
The usual minimum participation is €25,000 per operation. Each open opportunity states its exact minimum, estimated return and target term.
How do I know the figures on this page are real?
Every settled operation links to its page with the return obtained and the real term; investors who took part receive a settlement with the capital, profit and withholding breakdown. We publish what was paid out, never theoretical yields.
