INVERNOVA TRADE S.L., Tax ID (NIF) B67427021, Carrer Francesc Teixidó 12, 08918 Badalona, Spain (info@invernova.es). INVERNOVA TRADE S.L. operates the brands Invernova (invernova.es), La Puja Maestra (lapujamaestra.com) and subastas.ai (subastas.ai). The data you give us through any of them is processed jointly to manage your relationship with us and, if you have agreed to it, to send you information from the three brands. You can object at any time, for one brand or for all of them, through the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to info@invernova.es.
Data we collect
- Identifying data: first name, last name, ID/NIE
- Contact data: email, phone, address
- Bank data: IBAN, bank name (for operations)
- Browsing data: cookies, IP, device
Purpose
Your data is used to manage your account, process participations in operations, send communications about the status of your investments and comply with legal obligations. If you leave your details in a form (contact, co-investment, dossier or waitlist) we will send you, besides our reply, at most three follow-up emails about our operations over the following weeks (legitimate interest, art. 21.2 of the Spanish LSSI). If you subscribe to the monthly newsletter «Operations of the month», you will only receive it after confirming your email (double opt-in) and with your express consent. Every commercial email includes a one-click unsubscribe link; you can also unsubscribe by replying «baja» or writing to info@invernova.es.
