Alexandre Guardia is a co-founder of Invernova, La Puja Maestra and subastas.ai.

Since 2019 he has bought, refurbished and sold property — much of it won at judicial auctions — first with his own capital and today alongside private co-investors through Invernova (INVERNOVA TRADE S.L., Badalona), which operates in Catalonia and the Balearic Islands.

At Invernova he talks to investors and walks them through each operation; at La Puja Maestra he teaches, together with Sandra Garriga, the method for buying at auction using their own real operations; and with subastas.ai he has turned that method into a search engine that gathers Spain's public auctions and analyses them with artificial intelligence to decide which ones are worth bidding on.
