Where we invest
Real estate investment in Tarragona and the Costa Daurada
Tarragona offers two distinct markets: the Costa Daurada (Cambrils, L'Ametlla de Mar, Roda de Berà, Coma-ruga), with domestic and European second-home demand, and the inland cities (Reus, Valls), with primary housing priced well below the Barcelona area.

How we operate in Tarragona
On the coast we look for discounted assets whose exit does not depend on the season; inland, primary homes where refurbishment adds tangible value. In both cases the target term and budget are fixed before we go in.
Invernova co-invests its own capital in every operation and investors take part through a framework agreement plus one addendum per operation.
