Description
Cambrils is a buy-and-sell operation on a beachfront flat in this tourist destination of the Baix Camp (Tarragona), barely 19 km from the provincial capital. The town is one of the most populated and attractive residential and holiday spots on the Costa Dorada.

Its standout feature is direct access to the beach from the dining room and bedrooms. The building has passed its Technical Building Inspection (ITE) and has a 24-hour concierge.
The project finances the acquisition of 100% of the property. Invernova takes on a light refurbishment and the commercialization, marketing and home-staging costs, as well as the inherent expenses, and invests its own capital alongside the participants ahead of resale.
