Santuari is a buy-and-sell operation on a flat located on Santuari street, in the El Coll and Carmel area, within Barcelona's Gràcia district. It is one of the busiest streets in the area, in a neighbourhood with strong residential demand thanks to its character and proximity to the city centre.

The flat offers 69 m² of built surface, arranged as two double bedrooms, a bathroom, open kitchen and living room. The building has passed its Technical Building Inspection (ITE) and has a lift; a full refurbishment of the home is planned.

The project finances the acquisition of 100% of the property. Invernova takes on the refurbishment and the commercialization, marketing and home-staging costs, plus the inherent expenses, investing its own capital alongside the participants ahead of resale.
