Vilanova i la Geltrú is a buy-and-sell operation on a commercial premises in the capital of the Garraf (Barcelona), a coastal city located about 45 km from both Barcelona and Tarragona.

The premises offer 189 m² of built surface, arranged as four offices, a bathroom and two shop windows. The building has passed its Technical Building Inspection (ITE), which makes it easier to add value for commercial or professional use.

The project finances the acquisition of 100% of the property. Invernova takes on the fit-out and the commercialization, marketing and home-staging costs, plus the inherent expenses, investing its own capital alongside the participants ahead of resale.
