How do you select the operations?

Not every opportunity we analyse ends up being published. In fact, each week we analyse more than 300 real estate opportunities, and it may well be that we select none of them. We prefer to let an opportunity pass rather than invest in an operation that does not meet our criteria. Only those opportunities that pass our technical, legal and economic analysis are offered to our co-investors.
