How does Invernova make money?

Our model is fully aligned with that of the investor. Invernova earns its remuneration by sharing 50% of the profits generated by the capital contributed by each co-investor. In addition, we take on the entire management of the operation: sourcing, analysis, negotiation, acquisition, financing, refurbishment, marketing, sale and administrative, legal and tax management. Our profit depends directly on the success of the operation.
