How is the investment structured legally?

The legal structure depends on the type of operation and the amount invested. In most operations we use a framework agreement and a specific contract for each opportunity, setting out the amount contributed, the profit distribution and the specific terms of the project. In larger operations, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) or other legal structures may be used when more appropriate.
