- What is the minimum?
- €25,000 per operation. You can take part in one or in several.
- When do I get paid?
- At the settlement of each operation, once the property is sold: your capital plus your share of the profit, with the breakdown in your panel.
- Is this crowdfunding?
- No. We co-invest privately with a small group of investors and with our own capital, with contracts signed between the parties.
- What is the risk?
- Real estate investment carries risk, including the loss of capital. Past returns do not guarantee future results. That is why every operation is presented with its full figures before you decide.
