How are the profits distributed?

When the operation ends and the property is sold: - the sale amount is collected, - all costs are settled, - the final profit is calculated. Each investor receives: - the full return of the capital contributed, - plus the profits corresponding to their participation. If you later wish to take part in a new opportunity, you simply make a new, independent investment.
