What return can I expect?

It depends on the type of operation. In success-based operations, each project includes an estimated return based on the expected real costs and the target sale price. As with any investment, that estimated return can never be guaranteed. In fixed-return operations, the return is the one agreed in your contract (for example, 12%), regardless of the operation's outcome.
