Description
Naves Sils is a buy-and-sell operation on a set of industrial units located in Sils, a municipality in the La Selva county (Girona). The complex sits in the La Cuca estate, with the strategic advantage of direct access to the AP-7 motorway.
The complex is made up of three adjoining units of about 478 m² each, originally conceived as a single unit that was later subdivided. Each module has offices, two bathrooms, a truck entrance and a rear yard. The properties are in good condition, although refurbishment and fit-out are planned.
The project finances the acquisition of 100% of the properties. Invernova takes on the refurbishment and the commercialization, marketing and home-staging costs, plus the inherent expenses, investing its own capital alongside the participants ahead of resale.
