The property has 141 m² built on two floors and is distributed into four bedrooms (three double and one single), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, two balconies and one parking space. It stands out for being very spacious and bright, both externally and internally. The building has passed the ITE inspection and has an elevator; only the bathroom is planned to be renovated.
The purpose of the project is to finance the acquisition of 100% of the property. Invernova assumes the renovation and commercialization, marketing and home staging costs, as well as related expenses, and invests its own capital together with that of the participants for its subsequent sale.
