Alexandre Guardia

Alexandre Guardia is a co-founder of Invernova (INVERNOVA TRADE S.L.), the Badalona-based real estate co-investment company that buys, refurbishes and sells property in Catalonia and the Balearic Islands.

Since 2019 he has analysed and executed discounted purchases — judicial auctions, bank-owned assets and sales that require speed — first with his own capital and later alongside a small group of co-investors. He is the person who talks to interested investors and walks them through each operation.

He signs Invernova's blog guides, based on real operations: what was bought, what it cost and what was paid out, with the results published in the track record.
